Flow chart of coke oven and blast furnace gas power generation system

During the process of iron-making and coke-making, a large quantity of blast furnacegas and coke oven gas will be produced as by-product. The coal gas-fired and combinedcycle cogeneration(CCPP) is the first choice because of its high heat efficiency，fast start-up and flexibility .
Blast furnace gas can use its own pressure to drive expansion turbine to start the generator (TRT).
Coke oven gas and chemical flue gas can be used for generation through the waste heat boiler and turbine.
